二是由中南院、中规院、海规院等技术服务部门组成荣山河污染源排查小组,对此四条河流污染源进行全面摸排,摸清污染来源、污染量、污染指标及浓度,以便相应分类提出行政性和工程性措施,市、区河长办配合污染源排查工作;
三是请市生态环境局研究海水总磷指标对河流水质的影响,并据此合理明确入海河流水质达标指标;
四是由市水务局对接市发改委,马上启动潭览河综合治理项目方案,确保项目可落地性;
五是正在开展的江东水系建设项目要根据江东控规明确河流2020年及2025年水质标准,坚持源头污染治理的原则,统筹考虑河流防洪、疏浚及治污需求,实现河流综合生态治理;
六是福创溪治理涉及的各项目单位要对项目范围内的污染源进行排查,相互间要做好衔接,并提出治理方案,实现全流域治理。
